INDIVIDUALISM
Lancaster Learning Center offers educational coaching in an individualized setting. This means a program developed just for your child's needs and never more than one student working with a coach. Each session
is broken into five learning activities so that your child is exposed to a multi-faceted learning experience.
Results are charted so that you and your child can see his progress.

PROFESSIONALISM
All of our coaches are certified teachers or highly trained in their field. Our director is on site and
holds a Master's Degree in Education. Our highly qualified coaches use state of the art equipment and
techniques to make learning a lifetime process.

POSITIVE ATTITUDE
In order to create a sense of accomplishment students are rewarded with verbal praise, prizes, sports
tickets, and gift certificates.

SCHEDULING
Your child's sessions are set up on a monthly basis with a payment due the first session of every month.
Forty, fifty-five, and ninety minute sessions are offered twelve months a year.

Sue Lancaster Twenty years ago Sue founded Lancaster Learning Center. She continues today as the on-site director. Sue graduated from Miami University (Ohio) and holds a Masters Degree in Education from Phillips University. She also has 30 graduate hours specializing in Learning Disabilities from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
Rachelle Ryan	Mark Franchi	Rick Barber LMSW
Rachelle is beginning her 3rd school year at Lancaster Learning Center. She graduated with honors from Central Michigan University as a math major.	Mark graduated from Ferris State University with a 3.25 GPA. After working in the business world, he decided to return to Eastern Michigan University to work on his teaching degree.	Rick holds a Masters Degree from the University of Michigan. In addition to working on special projects, he is a licensed Therapist offering child, adolescent and family counseling at Lancaster Learning Center.
